For its inaugural 2026 edition, Morocco Design unfolds across a network of spaces, brands and cultural partners that collectively reflect Casablanca’s evolving design landscape. From exhibitions and installations to interactive ateliers, creative encounters and architectural discoveries, each partner contributes a distinct experience to the city-wide program—creating new dialogues between Moroccan creativity, international design, art, craft and place..
MOROSO BY ETC COLLECTION
From Textile to Form
A hands-on exploration of material, color and form. During Morocco Design, invited architects and creatives will reinterpret miniature versions of Moroso’s Pebble Rubble using Kvadrat textiles—each creating a unique expression of the original design. Presented within ETC Collection, the experience transforms the showroom into a temporary creative laboratory.
LOFT GALLERY A New Cultural Address for Casablanca
Morocco Design turns its attention to the newly opened home of Loft Art Gallery in Casablanca Finance City. Nearly eighteen years after the gallery was founded, the new space marks a new chapter for an institution dedicated to modern and contemporary art from Morocco, Africa and the Arab world. During Morocco Design, the focus is on discovering the space itself and its inaugural exhibition, Hamasāt al-Fajr (Whispers of Dawn)
SALIMA FILALI
A Contemporary Moroccan Language
Salima Filali presents her universe through a practice shaped by material, proportion and Moroccan savoir-faire, contributing a distinctly contemporary voice to the collective presentation at Villa Sahrai.

Beyond Morocco Design
Morocco Design extends beyond its three-day program with the unveiling of Galerie H’s newly reimagined Casablanca space. A new chapter for the gallery and a continuation of the conversations around contemporary Moroccan design initiated across the city from October 5–7.

The work of Moroccan artist Ghizlane Agzenaï enters the world of Molteni&C through an exhibition created with Galerie 38. A focus on Boffi’s Casablanca environment as a destination for contemporary Italian design and architecture. During Morocco Design, visitors are invited to discover the space itself—its material language, architectural approach and vision of the contemporary interior.
CLAY & Ali Lahlou Present Design Within a New Context
B&B Italia joins Moroccan architect and designer Ali Lahlou for a presentation at CLAY Concept Store, bringing international design into dialogue with a distinctly Casablanca creative context.4
The Art of Zellije Takes Form

Morocco Design opens its first day with an intimate press brunch and interactive zellije atelier with Saad Filali Studio The Zellijist. Three Days of Design
One of Casablanca’s established design destinations opens its doors throughout Morocco Design. Visitors are invited to move through a curated selection of international design, including Cassina, Fritz Hansen, BD Barcelona and Fornasetti, within the setting of its Casablanca flagship.
KETTAL BY ECT COLLECTION
A Space for Contemporary Design
During Morocco Design, visitors are invited to discover Kettal within ECT Collection, a Casablanca destination for contemporary furniture and interior design. A focus on the space, its architectural language and Kettal’s vision of contemporary living.

The official hospitality partner of Morocco Design Week, Villa Sahrai is a five-star boutique hotel imagined by Christophe Pillet with interiors by Ali Lahlou. During the week, guests can stay at the hotel and discover an immersive installation curated by Morocco Design featuring works by select Moroccan creatives.
FLEXFORM CASABLANCA

A leading name in Italian design, Flexform brings its approach to contemporary living to Morocco Design. The showroom will host the opening press breakfast on the first day of the program, featuring a bespoke collaboration with a renowed Moroccan creative.
KETTAL & MOROSO

A destination for international design in Morocco, ETC Collection brings together leading names including Kettal and Moroso under one roof. During Morocco Design, the showroom will host a Moroso fabric workshop for designers, offering a hands-on exploration of materials, texture, and design.
ROCHE BOBOIS

Roche Bobois will present a curated selection of sculptures and design pieces by Hicham Lahlou, creating a dialogue between his work and the brand’s collections.
MOLTENI&C × GALERIE 38 × GHIZLANE AGZENAÏ

An icon of Italian design, Molteni&C, in collaboration with Galerie 38, presents the work of Moroccan artist Ghizlane Agzenaï in a dialogue between contemporary art and design. Known for her geometric Totems, Agzenaï’s works explore color, form, and volume, entering into conversation with Molteni&C’s furniture, materials, and architecture.
The exhibition will be open to visitors throughout Morocco Design, with a private invitation-only event taking place during the program.
SALIMA FILALI

Franco-Moroccan architect and designer Salima Filali creates contemporary terracotta-based zellige in collaboration with Moroccan artisans, bridging traditional craftsmanship with modern design. Her work explores light, shadow, and texture, with pieces on display at Villa Sahrai throughout Morocco Design Week.
STUDIO SANA BENZAITAR

A women-led Moroccan rug studio, Studio Sana Benzaitar works with local artisans to preserve Amazigh weaving traditions through contemporary design. Handmade from exceptional wool and natural dyes, the studio’s Beni Mrirt rugs celebrate Morocco’s rich heritage and will be on display at Villa Sahrai during Morocco Design.
MYROC
OCTOBER 5-7
Based in Marrakech, Myroc explores Moroccan craftsmanship through unexpected combinations of materials, textures, and traditional know-how. Each piece is handcrafted by master artisans using natural materials, bringing together diverse techniques in a thoughtful dialogue. Discover the studio’s work at Villa Sahrai during the week.
HAMZA KADIRI

L’AXE INVISIBLE

Teatro Italia — Consulate General of Italy, Casablanca
For Morocco Design, artist and designer Hamza Kadiri presents L’Axe invisible, an exhibition exploring material, movement and time through his sculptural approach to wood and mastery of traditional cabinetmaking.
Set within the historic Teatro Italia, currently undergoing renovation, the exhibition creates a dialogue between Kadiri’s totemic forms and a space in transformation. Raw surfaces and traces of construction become part of the experience, bringing together craftsmanship, architecture and material in a setting itself being given new life.
VERNEO STUDIO

Operating between Morocco and Los Angeles, Verneo Studio was founded by architect and designer Sami El Khattabi as an exploration of where ancestral craft meets contemporary making. Working with techniques including traditional Moroccan tadelakt alongside digital fabrication, El Khattabi creates sculptural furniture that transforms vernacular knowledge into distinctly contemporary forms. For Morocco Design, Verneo presents a selection of works reflecting this dialogue between hand and technology, heritage and experimentation.
L’APPARTEMENT

Located in Casablanca’s Golden Triangle, L’Appartment is a shared workspace bringing together interior architecture, furniture design, and artistic direction under one roof. Founded by Lamia Elkhattabi and Alexandre Ligios, the studio approaches each project from two complementary perspectives, from the architecture of a space to its furniture and material expression.

OTHMANE BENGEBARA

IRTAH!
French-Moroccan architect, designer, and conceptual artist Othmane Bengebara works across architecture, interior design, collectible design, and art. At Morocco Design, he will present Irtah!, a low-seating piece from his ongoing Futur Arab Tales research project, which explores Arab craftsmanship, narratives, and future imaginaries. A finalist for the Institut du monde arabe’s 2026 Design Award, Irtah! brings together traditional craft, textile creation, and artificial intelligence to reimagine the contemporary Arab object.

CLAY X ALI LAHLOU

Moroccan designer Ali Lahlou and Casablanca-based Clay Concept Store join forces for Morocco Design, presenting a selection of new B&B Italia pieces curated by Lahlou. The selection brings together Italian design and Lahlou’s distinct Moroccan perspective, with further details to be unveiled.
ZOUBIDA
OCTOBER 5-7
Founded by French-Moroccan creative Sophia Kacimi, Zoubida is a studio reimagining Moroccan craftsmanship through fashion, interiors and art. Working with local artisans, Kacimi transforms bold jacquard upholstery fabrics into one-of-a-kind “art-to-wear” and “art-to-use” creations. For Morocco Design Week, she will create a bespoke installation inspired by the occasion, on display at Villa Sahrai throughout the week.

Fenêtre Sur Cour, Morocco's reference in contemporary design and high-end furniture, opens its Casablanca flagship boutique for three days of open house, with a promenade through iconic pieces of their beloved design houses including Cassina, Fritz Hansen, BD Barcelona and Fornasetti.
YOUSSEF BENHAMOU x CÔTÉ BOUGIE

Casablanca-based interior architect, designer, and creative director Youssef Benhamou brings a distinctive perspective to Moroccan design, combining bold lines, raw materials, craftsmanship, and unexpected contrasts. For Morocco Design, Benhamou will unveil his newly designed Côté Bougie flagship in Casablanca and host an event exploring the theme “Moroccan Design, Reframed.”
